How does the free trial work?
We offer unlimited free access for 7 days.
You'll be able to create an unlimited number of documents, checklists and forms, and see how it works to use them.
At any point during your trial, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans.
How does billing work when we add or remove users?
When you add or remove team members, your next invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
- You'll only be charged for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
- The amount due will be added to your next invoice.
- If the amount due exceeds $100, a new invoice will be raised immediately. If you are set up to pay by credit card, then payment will be automatically taken.
- Your account will be credited for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
- Your credit will be applied against future invoices.
Are there any restrictions on the Startup plan?
The startup plan is only available to businesses with 4 or fewer team members.
Once your business has a team of 5+, you're ready to take full advantage of our Standard plan.
Can I purchase a fixed number of seats?
Yes — if needed, you can purchase a fixed number of team member seats.
This can be helpful for enterprise and government organizations with a fixed budget.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes — you can contact our support team and ask to pay by bank transfer rather than by credit card.
When paying by bank transfer:
- You must purchase an annual subscription.
- You will need to contact support to change your plan or add more team members.
We recommend making payment with credit card if you can — it's easier for both your organization and our team to manage!
Do you offer a discount for non-profits?
Yes — we're happy to offer a 15% discount to charities, academic institutions and other 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.
To get your discount, simply get in touch with a link to your organization's website, and the URL of the AirManual workspace that you wish to apply the discount to.
We may need to request additional details from you before applying the discount (e.g. proof of 501(c)3 registration for US based companies).
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can contact support at any time to cancel your plan.
After cancelling:
- You will still have access to your workspace until the end of your current payment period.
- You can export your data while you still have access.
